Information We Collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number, home address, and emergency contact details when you register for our services. We also collect details about your dog(s) including breed, temperament, health conditions, microchip number, and veterinary information.

GPS Tracking Data

During walks, we collect GPS location data to track the walk route, calculate distance, and generate walk report cards. GPS data is associated with the walk session, not with individual dogs or clients. GPS data is retained for 12 months and then automatically deleted. Walk report cards (which include route maps) are retained for as long as your account is active.

Key Safe Codes

If you provide a key safe code, it is stored in encrypted form in our database. Access is restricted to authorised staff only. Codes are deleted when you deactivate your account or change your key arrangements.

Emergency Data Sharing

In the event of a veterinary emergency during a walk, we may share your dog's medical information, insurance details, and your contact details with the treating veterinary practice. This is done under our Emergency Veterinary Authorisation waiver and is necessary to ensure your dog receives prompt treatment.

Walk Photos

We take photographs during walks for inclusion in walk report cards. Photos are stored securely and used solely for report cards, unless you give consent for marketing use. Photos are retained for 12 months after the walk date.

Pack Safety Data

Behavioural and temperament data provided about your dog is used exclusively for pack safety assessments to ensure compatible groupings during walks. This data is processed in our internal pack safety system and is not shared with third parties.
