Frequently Asked Questions
How many dogs walk together?
We walk in small, safe packs of up to 6 dogs, which is the maximum allowed under Leeds City Council byelaws. Every pack is carefully checked for temperament, size, and energy compatibility using our pack safety system.
What happens if it rains?
We walk in all weathers! If heavy rain is forecast, we offer an optional towelling and de-mudding add-on service for just £5 to ensure your dog is dried off before being returned home. You can add this when booking.
What if my dog doesn't get on with others?
Not all dogs are suited to group walks, and that's perfectly fine. We offer solo walks for reactive, anxious, or elderly dogs who prefer one-on-one attention. Our pack safety system identifies compatibility issues before they arise, so your dog is always in the right setting.
Do I need to be home for collection?
No. Most of our clients use a key safe or lockbox, which means we can collect and return your dog while you're at work. Your key arrangements are stored securely in your account, and we confirm key return after every visit.
What's included in a walk report?
After every walk, you'll receive an email report containing a GPS route map showing where your dog walked, photos taken during the outing, total distance covered, walk duration, and any notes from the walker. It's your window into your dog's day.

Yes! Our gift vouchers make the perfect present for any dog lover. You can purchase them in any amount from our gift voucher page. Vouchers can be used towards any of our services.
