Pack Safety & Dog Welfare

We are committed to the safety and welfare of all dogs in our care. All pack groups are assessed for compatibility using our pack safety system, which checks temperament, size, and energy levels. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any dog from a group walk if we believe there is a safety concern.

Off-Lead Exercise

Dogs will only be exercised off-lead if the owner has signed our Off-Lead Consent waiver, the dog's recall is rated as "excellent" or "good", and the walker deems it safe in the current environment. Off-lead exercise carries inherent risk, and we exercise reasonable care but cannot guarantee against all incidents.

Key Holding & Security

We take key security very seriously. Keys are stored securely and key safe codes are encrypted. After every visit, we confirm key return and code scrambling via our app. We accept no liability for loss or damage resulting from key safe failures or third-party access.

Council Compliance

We comply with Leeds City Council byelaws, which limit the number of dogs per walker to 6. This limit is enforced by our booking and scheduling systems and cannot be overridden.

Emergency Veterinary Treatment

By booking our services, you authorise us to seek emergency veterinary treatment for your dog if, in our reasonable judgement, immediate medical attention is required. You accept financial responsibility for treatment costs not covered by your pet insurance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the walk receive a full refund. Cancellations made 12-24 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Subscription Terms

Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Failed payments will be retried automatically. After 3 failed attempts, the subscription will be cancelled.

Weather-Related Substitutions

In cases of extreme heat (above our safety threshold), we may recommend substituting a walk for an indoor pop-in visit. You will be notified by email and given the option to swap. No additional charge applies for weather-related substitutions.

Gift Voucher Terms

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers can be partially redeemed, with the remaining balance carried forward. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
